Four More Years

4.5 cl (1.5 oz) Old Tom gin

1.5 cl (0.5 oz) Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao

3 cl (1 oz) lemon juice

1.5 cl (0.5 oz) sugar syrup

1 cl (0.3 oz) extra-dry vermouth

3 drops of Peychaud’s bitters

Dash of egg white


Put all the elements in a shaker, including the bitters (for the colour), and dry shake. Fill the shaker with ice and give a vigorous shake. Serve in a big coupette and garnish with Sencha tea.
