Maï Taï

5 cl Plantation Jamaica 2001

1,5 cl Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao 

1,5 cl orgeat syrup

2 cl lime juice

 

Use a shaker, then pour into an old fashioned glass on crushed ice, add a dash of Wray & Nephew Overproof White on top and decorate with a mint sprig and a half orange slice.
