1,5 oz. gin

25 ml Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

1 tsp. Simple Syrup

0,5 oz. Lime

1 tsp. Yuzu Juice

1 Shiso Leave

Fill: Soda Water

Garnish: Shiso Leave

Slap and tear the shiso leave. Shake all ingredients but Soda. Strain into a highball glass. Fill with soda water. Garnish.
