Sidecar, created by Jim Meehan, PDT Bar manager, NYC


2 ounces Pierre Ferrand Ambre cognac 
3/4 ounce lemon juice 
3/4 ounce Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao 
Lemon twist, for garnish.


Shake all liquid ingredients with ice. Rim half a chilled coupe glass with sugar. Strain drink into glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. 
Yield: 1 drink.
