New Ginger Mai Thai

New Ginger Mai Thai, created by Volker Seibert, Capri Lounge, Cologne

3 cl Plantation Rum Jamaica Vintage 2000

3 cl Plantation Rum Trinidad Vintage 2000

2,5 cl Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

5 cl fresh lime juice

1,8 cl Giffard almond syrup

Fresh Ginger

Lemongrass

 

Muddle the ginger and the lemongrass then add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.

Shake and double strain into a frozen glass filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with lemongrass and sticks.
