Cheyenne Cocktail

Cheyenne Cocktail, created by Patrick K. Bolster, 5½ Bar & Lounge at Vinyl Music Hall

1.5 ounces Smooth Ambler Greenbriar Gin

.75 ounce Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao

.25 ounce black pepper simple syrup

.75 ounce fresh lime juice

Fresh mint

Dark chocolate

 

First combine liquids and mint in a shaker, cap and shake vigorously until frost forms on the outside of the tin. Double-strain mixture into a chilled cocktail glass or coupe glass, then garnish with more fresh mint and serve with an accompaniment of dark chocolate. Salud.
